- Bob brings over 18 years general management experience to the COO role, including Head of Strategic Development, Head of Change Management, Risk & Operations, and Head of Leasing & Small Business with Colonial, Australian Financial Services, and National Operations Manager and Chief Manager, Retail & Business Banking, with NatWest Australia Bank.

- With over 10 years experience in IT and a focus on delivering leading edge technology to challenge the way the industry looks at a loan application, Karen made the perfect fit for SmartRate Money. Previous roles include Chief Technology Officer at a Sydney based Software House and Software Development Manager at Commonwealth Bank.

- Peter brings a wealth of consumer lending experience to SmartRate Money. His skills have come from roles covering Credit Cards, Unsecured and Secured Personal Lending at Colonial and key Consumer Credit roles in the Finance Broking and Credit Union Industry.

- With 7 years experience in consumer lending, including working as a broker himself, and leading sales teams in working with finance brokers, financial planners and aggregators, Brad’s key focus has always been the delivery of top level service to his customers and introducers.
